I do agree it was odd, however I don't think she realized how exhausted she was. It's my understanding that when some of the Native Americans were having visions, it was after being up and awake for long periods of time--fasting and not sleeping I would think would really play a number of tricks on one's thinking processes. Anyhow, that's how I viewed the cause the vision she had. Once she stopped everything (thinking and running around) and just tried to focus on nothing in particular her brain tried to tell her something. How she interpreted the message and acted on it was not typical of her religious behaviors/beliefs, etc.
