How about "your" ep, Detoured?? Wasn't "Detour" a season five ep?? IMHO, it was *very* shippy! I also thought "PBV" was kind of shippy, especially the scene when they were together in Mulder's apartemnt. And, of course, "Folie a Deaux" had the all-time greatestes shippy line ever!!
Still, it is hard to choose a "least shippy season" because the relationship (in whatever context the word is used) between Mulder and Scully was such an integral part of "The X-Files". I guess maybe a case could be made for season one being the least shippy, simply because they didn't know each other as well then.
