Yes, "Anasazi" (the last ep of season two) was the first part of this trilogy.
I certainly didn't mean to insult anybody who is, or has, a Protestant mother!
I actually said that Mrs. Mulder was a WASP Mom, by which I mean she was a wealthy, northeastern type. . .the Protestant angle was almost incidental.
