Perhaps he was telling Scully how he might die and also having some fun with Mulder with Scully watching. We know he had an interest in Scully. Or maybe CB thought he and Mulder shared something in common and that they both would die that way.

Did CB hae a really good handle on what his own abilities were? It's obvious he didn't want them but maybe he didn't understand exactly how his "gift" worked himself.

I used to be a huge INXS fan for a time. In fact the group's love of Australia was part of what inspired me to want to visit there. I wasn't into them quite as much when MH died but I have a friend in Adelaide who just adored him and his death was hard for her. I called her from the US to see how she was doing. I knew how she felt because I was very obsessed with The Beatles at the time of John Lennon's death.

I suspected AEA in MH's case too. I guess partly because I was puzzled by him taking his own life intentionally. I had seen him not too long before that on a talk show and he seemed so happy with his life and new daughter. But I guess people can sometimes hide what's really going on, especialy a celebrity who feels they have to keep up appearances.

I have heard since that Bob Geldof had a lot of issues with MH being involved at all in his kids' (with Paula) lives. But as you say we don't know the full story and I try not to judge anyone badly.
