how much of it was how Mulder and Scully might really have behaved and how much was due to them being strangely affectyed by the planet alignment thing.

I guess CC could use that as an excuse to have Scully act extra jealous. But then that doesn't explain her animosity toward Phoebe, Bambi, Karin the dog lady and Fowley.

Let's face it Scully is very territorial and posessive, at least when it comes to Mulder. But I like that side to her and I wish we'd see more from Mulder in reverse. Perhaps later on with Doggett? :-)
