I think it's in the Season 6 episode guide where GA talks about the difficulties in acting off of DD who she's worked with so intently and now has to act like he's a virtual stranger. She had some interesting comments.

I especially enjoyed all the at home scenes. Morris' kids didn't seem to have such as great relationship with their dad so they may not have thought he was acting that out of the ordinary.
Well at least in a weird way Mulder was instrumental in helping to save a marriage!

It was extremely odd that Scully didn't wonder more about "Mulder's" behavior like the smoking. I wonder how Mulder might have reacted in a reverse situation if Scully were the one who'd been switched? Since he's more in tune to believing in unsual phenomena would he have caught on quicker?
