Scully fobbing off her boyfriend even though Mulder was really overdoing the head play with him. The car scene, or am I mixing with Tooms here? All of it was very shippy and I think it was the first ep that really showed that there could be something there even if we were never to see it ever happen for real.

The necklace scene was pretty steamy for me. I think if a guy touches your necklace , considering the close proximity to your breast, then you are definitely in to the steam factor. I bet Scully needed to go home and take a cold shower after that one. :-)
