the one where Pusher came back and he and his twin sister were wreaking havoc everywhere. (It was a season five ep, but I don't remember the name of it.) In that one, since Mulder had been instrumental in capturing Pusher the first time around, they designated him the SAC for the case when Pusher escaped. Maybe he was the SAC for other cases, but that's the only one I specifically remember it being mentioned in.
