We're not spoiler free, no! Because the first run in the UK is on Sky satellite broadcasting, after an episode has been aired on Sky, the press think nothing of telling us everything - especially dramatic revelations. Even though I have to wait for a new season to be shown on the BBC, I have often accidentally heard plot details!

When the show first started in the UK we had saturation coverage in newspapers and magazines - it was obviously a huge hit in America by the time it arrived here. Its reputation preceded it! It was eagerly awaited and avidly watched. Over the years for various reasons (not least of which the way the BBC - one of our main national broadcasters - has messed around their schedules) the show is now much less in people's minds. For a lot of people, they watched a couple of seasons, then interest waned. It's only the die hard fans who are still desperate to see their favourite show. There are some good sci-fi mags and of course there's the official XF magazine. DD and GA are considered major stars and there was quite a buzz when DD was here to publicise his film and he was invited onto quite a few live entertainment/show biz type shows.

There are *lots* of websites around, including personal home pages and certainly they exist all across the world. I logged onto a Russian site not long ago! They say, don't they, that TXF was the first internet show - that it took off big at the same time the internet did.

To answer your main questions: no, I don't know how S7 starts but yes - I am afraid I *do* know the central point about the end of S7. Thanks to an unsubtle tabloid newspaper! I feel it was always going to be impossible not to hear about something as big as that! I'm disappointed, but I of course have no idea the events that lead up to it...
