I think the Bounty Hunter works for the Colonization Oilians as a pilot and also a bounty hunter. And we also know he can heal people although maybe all of them can do that. Or can they? He probably gets whatever the going rate is for pilot/bounty hunters. I guess the bounty depends on what price is put on people's heads. I wonder how much a human is worth to them and how much he gets paid for rounding up stray friendly aliens like Exley. Hmm..
