It's hard to pick a single favorite, but the episodes I liked the most were in no particular order: Triangle (even though I didn't like it that much at first, I just had to give in!), Tithonus, Monday (I still need to watch it again to be sure if I really like it; a good episode but an old idea), The Unnatural and Biogenesis. I also liked Three of a kind and Dreamland I quite a bit (not Dreamland II though).

What I liked least were Terms of endearment (is there anyone who would like it?), Trevor and probably Alpha too. I'm kind of neutral about Aqua mala, it wasn't very good, but I didn't hate it that much either. Another one of those episodes that need a rewatching.

I have also complained about Arcadia, How the ghosts stole Christmas and The Rain King. I don't really like them, but they have some good parts. Same would go with Milagro, which I thought was pretty good, but I felt really uncomfortable watching it.

I wanted to add something about season 4 to my previous post, about the two parters. Somehow the mythology on that season seemed to concentrate on the Scully's cancer, and the other myth episodes were a bit weak (this is just my opinion again). I guess Tunguska and Terma were okay, but our favorite agents spend too much time apart (I like the way they're reunited again though), and how about Tempus Fugit/Max? I've watched it too long ago to comment on it, but I don't remember it being very interesting.
