Subject: Getting them wrong is not the accusation..

..it's being over-confident and thinking you *do* know when you don't. This friend of mine is so sure when she says the titles that I have to hold back my laughter when it comes out wrong. She is working from a point of supreme confidence, like she can do no wrong. She likes to pull me up if I get plot details wrong - *that* sort of rival fan. To me, a fan is a fan on the basis of *passion* - not someone I have to converse with at the level of facts and figures. For me it's much more about my reactions to the eps than their titles, but she has pushed me into this battle zone of being a know-it-all. I only crow, therefore, when she falls into her own trap. (As Jeremiah Smith might have put it)
