A couple of months before "The X-Files Movie: Fight the Future" came out they had a real wonky "episode" of "XF". It aired at the same time as "XF" always does and lasted an hour, as usual, but it wasn't really Mulder and Scully investigating anything. It had some clips from the movie and had DD, GA and CC talking about the movie, the differences between doing "XF" as a movie versus doing it as a TV show, etc.
I'm just wondering if this is actually considered a Season Five episode? If so, what is it called?
