As far as the hard copy bit, my only thought is that Skinner is an idiot. I don't dislike Skinner, mind you, but he doesn't seem to be the sharpest tool in the shed every now and then. But if he had the tape and Scully knew how to make a hard copy, why didn't she make a hard copy? Maybe Krycek and his buddy stole it from Skinner before she had a chance. And here's another question, just when did Albert Holsteen memorize the entire tape? Was it when Scully took Mulder to New Mexico? I thought that entire thing was poorly explained. That or my memory is going in my old age.

Now, Mulder's clothes. The only explanation I can think of for this one is that the scenes of Mulder with the Native Americans and the scenes with Scully weren't simultaneous. Holsteen must have told Mulder not to change his clothes three days before Scully and Skinner ended up in Mulder's apartment with their guns drawn. Mulder was wearing the same clothes when he busted in on them, but that must have been the last day because the next day he had changed. Either that or he figured Albert Holsteen's ideas were baloney and he didn't want to be stinky around Scully. Of course that's highly unlikely since Mulder tends to believe anything.

Whatcha think?
