I don't have a DVD player but there are a couple of places to find it. Amazon.com is one and the other is
http://venus.spaceports.com/~xfiles/index.htm. I don't have a DVD player either but that is next on my "toy" list.

I think Mulder just liked to read his "girlie" magazines in S1--even though we knew that he has had girlfriends in the past. Somehow I got the impression that he was hurt too many times by a SO (they probably didn't understand his passion for the xfiles.) Since Scully, as his partner, does realize his passion, it seems to me that they seem to be the "made for each other" pair. I also haven't found this kind of relationship in other tv programming.

I have enjoyed watching how Mulder slowly let his defenses drop--the way he wouldn't hug her when she was scared (in the pilot I think--the mosquito bite incident). Gradually he began to initiate the shippy moments which is cool. It is obvious that they do care for each other through a their interactions shown through a wide range of emotions.

I wondered about the Space one--if that would have offended or insulted any viewers overseas. I suspect that this never even crossed the writers minds! (It should have been a consideration from the actors part--to try to be as accurate as possible with their character's speech patterns anyhow!)
