I think Mulder is way too professional to flirt with Skinner's secretary. I totally don't think there was any of that ever going on. But I mean, Mulder is a highly attractive man (I bet you didn't know this Det. ;) ;) ). I mean, he is not your average FBI agent. ;) He's not your average guy for that matter. He's, well, quite the hottie. So, I'm sure everyone in the FBI knows it, and the women look at him... but he has his reputation and is somewhat of a joke/myth.

I think he's probably very intimidating to them, so I'm sure they've never tried to flirt with him. But I mean, one little flirtatious whisper from 'Mulder'/Morris to the secretary, and she goes to bed with him! So I think it's just that the women know they can't have him, and that he's a bit of a 'joke', so they wouldn't put their reps on the line by flirting with him. But look what happened when the opportunity arose. Bang she loves it and jumps into bed with him.

It's funny that "this guy hasn't been laid in years", yet he can get almost any woman he wants, any time he wants. But Mulder's not that type, and I don't think he knows how attractive he is. He sure doesn't act it.
