Well by not offending I guess you mean that it isn't very controversial but I remember when this first aired that people from tht part of the US wre highly offended the way all the people were stereotyped as samll town hicks and they certainly were. The ony bright spot was Holman who I thought was a really decent guy, bright, but just a litle shy. Although compared to Mulder he had it all together...was that he message? CC always seems to sterotype everyone badly. I don't know where his mind is sometimes. Just wait til you see Agua Mala!

I agree we seemd to be missing out on that bathroom scene! Did Scully tell Sheila why she and Mulder hadn't kissed? "Well you see, there was this bee." Maybe she couldn't remember. You know how hazy she is about all the FTF goings on.

I do see the parallels between this and Ghost. We seem to get a lot of other people looking at Mulder and Scully rather than them examing themselves. And there will be more in S6 too.

Oh and people also liked the ice hearts in the begigning a lot. But the ending was too hokey! What's with all the Wizard of Oz this year!
