I was entertained in this (as I was in HTGSC) by Mulder-watching He was in a particularly light hearted frame of mind I thought. He even smiled several times, which sent the palpitation quota up. In contrast to sometimes, Mulder seemed unaffected by Scully's scepticism. He wasn't getting annoyed, but just kept on going his own way. I liked the moment when Scully said "That is not a rain dance" (as someone said above) and shortly afterwards it rained. The baton twirling scene was also amusing. Another funny moment was when the King was asked where his leg was and he replied "Cindy took it".

I loved the swaying to the music thing. I thought they didn't do it knowingly, or because they really wanted to dance. It seemed to me that they were just drawn into the rhythm unexpectedly because everyone else was dancing. They looked like a couple of spare parts, in the middle of everyone!

Yes, maybe Holman managing to tell Sheila how he felt about her after so many years was a personal challenge to Mulder. If I can do it, you can do it, sort of thing! Mulder's "Tell her Holman!" sounded like a desperate cry from the heart. You've got room to talk Mulder! Ah well, as you say, S6 continues apace. I wait and see where we are going....
