You're absolutely right, Nic, that scene in Mulders hallway you mentioned was great! And GA's acting was superb throughout the entire ep IMO. :o)

I loved the way Scully slowly figured out what was going on. I think it's one of this ep's strenghts rather than a weakness. I too *did* thought it a little strange that Mulder couldn't come up with something better to convince Scully. Maybe he should give Det a call next time he switches bodies *LOL*!

It could just have been one of those embarrassing moments though, when you're desparate for something to say and can't think of anything... You know, when you need to give an example, and there are hundreds right there in your head, but then your brain decides to shut down? Or maybe that only happens to me, huh?! :o(

I liked the glimpse at the new office too. You'll get to see more of those in future eps, BTW. - That's not really a spoiler, is it? I like the change. It's nice seeing them work under different and difficult circumstances for a while - I assume they will eventually be re-assigned to the X-files.

BTW, I'm a bit surprised that there's not been a very big discussion about this turn of events (S&F on the X-files instead of M&S). I expected lots of people wouldn't like this change.
