Ok I'll try not to be to crass here but Mulder's the one who said it so blame him!

How come everyone here seems to be famniliar with that expression except me? I know what it is now. But when this ep first aired some people (at Fox) did but many didn't and people were asking. I was thinking maybe it must be some kind of regional slang and since I have a hunch it ws a DD adlb I figured maybe it was well known in the East Coast but not the West. But I as surpised you Brits seem to know it too so I don't get it! I'd never heard of it before.
