I know I brought it up so I 've done some serious scrutinising of the above picture and episode..... I have come to the conclusion that his hand is too high up for him to be relieving himself!!!! I've compared it to the scene in the alley in FTF and I think in 'Drive' he is merely holding his tie in front of him, as Det has pointed out!!

It would have been funny if he had been peeing, but at the same time it would have been a little disrespectful towards *Mr* Crump, who had ony just popped his clogs!!!

Add that to the position in which Mulder is standing and the distance from the actual edge of the cliff...it's pretty obvious when you take all the facts into account!!

Some of you may disagree and have come to your own conclusions. These are just my thoughts on the matter, now that I've conducted a proper investigation!!!

Hope it clears up the controversy
