Yes, I see what you mean. But the mayor wouldn't wear tight fitting high waist button up trousers or pointy boots, so hopefully we wouldn't get them mixed up! No, I don't think many people like all that pomp and ceremony in courtrooms. It's unnecessary. It's a law court - not a fancy dress parade. It should be a bit more business like and less la-di-da.

(Oh yes, let's please agree to differ on 'Home'. I never manage to dissuade anyone who likes it that they're wrong, in any case!)
