Subject: Redux II one of my absolute faves

Hi, cvl :)

Ohh, I LOVE that whole Gethsemane/Redux/Redux II trilogy! But Redux II--WOW! I originally wanted my handle to be Redux II, but it was already taken--darn! ;)

So much was going on in that ep--conspiracy stuff, betrayals, deceptions, cold-blooded murders every where ya looked ;) and of course, GREAT Mulder & Scully interaction.

I loved how their relationship just shot up to a whole 'nother level once they realized they might not be together for very much longer (that is, that Scully didn't have long to live). They started letting it all hang out, and didn't care who noticed! When they were holding hands when Mrs. Scully and Bill, Jr., walked in and they kept right on holding hands, and then Mulder took Scully's hand in both of his and kissed it--HELLO!! And he kissed her in front of the priest, for crying out loud! Ohh, I was in heaven....

Mulder's crying never bothers me at all, and that scene where he silently sobbed at Scully's bedside left me shocked, stunned, and utterly speechless. That is one of my all-time favorite scenes.
