I haven't seen this ep in a really long time so forgive me if there are any major errors. Reading the two reviews from you guys has brought back major memories.

Of all the exciting parts of this episode, the part that sticks out to me most is when Mulder tells Scully he doesn't need her science. It made me so angry. Sure, a few months ago when she's about to leave him on his own she suddenly makes him a whole person and keeps him honest, but as soon as she brings up that very thing he tells her how wrong her science is. It made me think that in the movie he was just telling her whatever she needed to hear to keep her from leaving. Which makes me really angry. My Scully may be tough as nails, but she's still a person, and Mulder knew exactly which buttons to push in FTF. Perhaps I'm focusing a little too much on a ten second scene, but that is what sticks out most to me from that episode.
