Actually, I think a woman at work just breathed on me or perhaps spit in my coffee and I got mono. I didn't realize I had it until I got tonsillitis with it. I knew I was really tired all the time, but I chalked it up to early morning workouts. So, Jess, I'd say a week or two to get symptoms, but maybe you won't get it at all. There's not a lot you can do with mono except wait it out and take it easy, but if you start feeling poorly do go to the doctor. And taking it easy is important as it can lead to worse things if you don't.
