Watch out, M&S! Harm and Mac are closing in!

If you count the first showing of "Pilot" (9/10/93) as the day Mulder and Scully met and assume they consummated their relationship on the date "all things" first aired (4/9/00), their UST lasted for six years, six months and 29 days.
At the time, that seemed an *incredibly* long time to drag things out (especially to us shippers!) as compared to 80s TV couples like Maddie and Bruce of "Moonlighting" or Remington and Laura of "Remington Steele", since those couples "did it" no later than the end of the fifth season.
However, Mac and Harm of "JAG" seem to be closing in on the UST record currently held my our beloved dynamic duo. Somebody on the JAG boards did the math and from the time Harm and Mac first met (first ep of the second season, because she wasn't in the first season) 'til today has been six years, two months and 22 days. So, unless Harm and Mac get it on before this season ends (highly unlikely, as the actress who plays Mac is currently *very* pregnant) they'll have stretched their UST out longer than M&S did!
