Subject: yes, mint jelly would ber perfect

Although we usually have mint sauce. I like to cut holes in the top of the lamb and stuff garlic cloves into it. Makes for a nice flavour.

Perhaps the eastern Canadians are more influenced by the europeans. Like the German guy who ate pizza with a knife and fork. Perhaps the french do it like that too.

We don't have japanese food much. There is no restaurant in my town. I don't think anyone likes it much. WE are more into the chinese. You'd think that being neighbours we would eat more Japanese food but we don't. Sometimes when you get those food halls where you have booths with all different types of foods, they have japenese food but it is always dearer than all the rest and only half the plate size. I had some once at a bonsai nursery workshop. It was ok but I wouldn't want to live in the stuff. YOu have to go to the city to get japenese food and it's never on the top of our list if we are looking for a night out when we are there. I have to go. My calamari rings are burning.
