I could have used more elevator pictures. How about Ghosts in the Machine, Paper Clip...any other elevator episodes?

This pic is a continuation of me putting up a shippy pic in every ep in order starting with the Pilot. The site I was using was under construction for awhile but it's done now so I can continue my little exercise of tracing the MSR. :-) This is from Shadows.
