Subject: Helping Your Fellow Man(or Woman)

I just want to say is'nt it great how we have so many people in our county willing to stop and lend a helping hand? (joke) I't just so happened I was broke down in the middle of the road Sunday(of all days)and there was'nt but 2 people stopped to see if they could help.one actually was drunk, and one just happen to be coming past me probably goin to church,But didnt offer to come before church time and help, even though they lived just up the road. they where probably hoping I'd get it fixed before they came down my way.)well nope I sit there over an hour, several vehicles past.no one offered.you would think some of those fine church members (that you see every sunday there)or some of those people you even knowed would have stoped and at least offered. What better way to go to church Sunday evening and testify that you had helped a brother or sister in need.Who knows the next time someone is broke down beside the road, maybe they havent just broke down maybe they have also lost their way(if you know what I mean) wouldnt that be a great oppertunity to invite them to church? It sure could be a good testimony.you know about how a Good Someritan just stopped and wanted to help get the Oxen out of the ditch.
