Number one that department is a new department that has been in service less than a year. They have had all their equipment donated and have no funds to purchase new trucks. If you want to donate the money to purchase them a new engine I am sure that they would glady accept it. Any department will have their problems. Last count I had they put out a fire in my area recently and their pumps were working.

I would also like to know when you last checked with the ambulance service about an agreement. If they truly do not have an agreement I would like for the director of the emergency services to post on this website that they do not have an agreement. I'm not sure I want to take an individual persons word for it. It sounds like you just have a gripe to make.

I wish everyone would lay off the emergency personel of the county. Give them all a break. Especially the fire departments.
