Melissa and Bill being twins would explain it; I never thought of that possibility! Also, as far as Maggie already being pregnant when she got married. . .it's not impossible. Even though she's always been portrayed as a devout Catholic, that doesn't mean she never gave into temptation (that's what confession's for!). Even assuming she was pregnant at the time of her marriage, she would have had to have Melissa/Bill/Dana all within about 22 months of each other, but that's not impossible either.
