Subject: Now it makes a bit more sense (vague spoilers for season 8)

One of the weirder things going on in XF this season was the fact that Scully actually *LIKES* Annoying Smiling Agent. But her explanation of ASA reminding her of her sister, Melissa, cleared things up a bit.
Melissa was a lot nicer though; Melissa, like Mulder, simply asked that people keep their minds open to the *possiblity* of things occurring for which there was rational, scientific explanation. ASA insists that anyone who doesn't see things the way she does is a liar!
