Subject: Was Scully smoking in X-Cops? (no real spoilers)

In the scene where she and Mulder are riding in the car you can see some smoke near her. I would hate to think GA was smoking in that scene and they thought they could get away with it if she kept it out of camera range. Or does she have a cup of coffee in her hands and it's just steam? What the heck is that smoke?!

I think I have it on my mind because I read a article about the filming of this ep and it said GA was smoking on set. This after I'd heard she was trying to quit by using lollipops. I guess it's not working!
