Since the original "NCIS" is a spinoff of JAG, this will be a spinoff of a spinoff! (But I guess that's sort of what "CSI:NY" is, since the line went from "CSI" to "CSI:Miami" to "CSI:NY.")

I'll reserve judgment on the show 'til I actually see it. What I most like about "NCIS" is the characters/actors and, obviously, they'll have a whole new crew for the spinoff. But I liked "JAG" okay (not as much as I like "NCIS") so I'll at least give the new show a look.
