I have been DVR'ing a bunch of stuff and am behind on almost all my shows. I'm like 4 behind on 24. The only show I watch in real time is LOST and that's just because everyone at my work always talks about it and I don't want to get spoiled.

When I do watch TV in real time lately it's been the MLB network or shows on the Orioles cable station.
