After saying that JAG didn't share XF's spookiness, the first season rerun I watched last night had them investigating possible UFO sightings at an abandoned military base!! I'm pretty sure if must have been XF-inspired, because the ep would have originally aired right about the time XF was really getting popular. They did flip it a bit, though, and had the female JAG officer being the one who thought it might have actually been aliens while the male officer (Harm) took on the Scully-sceptic role.
