The second new episode (SOME SPOILERS)

SOME SPOILERS FOR THE MONDAY NIGHT EPISODE (Founder's Mutation):

So. . .what did everybody think?

I thought it was quite good! I liked the general main story, with the teenage boy looking for his sister (shades of a younger Mulder!) and his ability to make supersonic noises. It has all the classic XF elements: creepy doctors, kids with weird abilities, various factors of the government trying to discredit or cover up what Mulder and Scully had discovered, etc.

But what really tore at my heart were the bittersweet scenes of Mulder and Scully imagining what their live with William would have been like if they'd kept him and raised him, rather than placing him for adoption!

(BTW, I don't necessarily want to have a monopoly on being the first person to post a mini-review of each episode! I've been trying to hang back and wait at least 12 hours after each episode ends before posting, in order to give other members of this group a chance to express their opinions. But, eventually, I have an overwhelming desire to discuss the episode.)
