The Other woman who asked about Claire is Danielle who is the daughter of Russo. She was taken as a baby & raised by the Others but seems to work against them from the inside. She helped Calire escape when she was held by them, seen in a recent flashback. I think the Others' knowledge of the Lostaways comes from their spying, not foreknowledge as far as we know.
Another neat thing, I had not realized as it was so long ago but that pyshic that Eko met in Australia the previous ep was the same one who told Claire in her flashback not to give up the baby & to take the flight to the US. Claire believed him & yet he told Eko he was a fake. But his daughter delievered.
The show is still going strong so I doubt this is it. One wonders what the cliffhanger will be, better than merely looking down the hatch I hope!
