Burn Notice Series Finale (HUGE spoilers)

Does anybody else here watch "Burn Notice"? If so, what did you think of the series finale?

I thought it was pretty good. I was sad that Madeline died, but I figured somebody would. (I knew it wouldn't be Michael or Fiona; I'd kind of thought it would most likely be Sam.) And I loved the way it ended, when Michael was asking how he'd explain all they'd been through to Charlie: "You start by saying. . .My name is Michael Westin, I used to be a spy."

I also think they ended the series at the right time. If they'd dragged it out much longer it would have gotten stupid and/or the actors would have started to leave. I loved that all the major characters -- Michael, Madeline, Fiona and Sam -- stayed in the series throughout its run.

One very minor question: In the early seasons there was a recurring character named Lucy; she was in maybe four or five eps per season during the first couple of seasons. Does anybody know whatever happened to her? I haven't seen every single ep, so maybe she was killed; most likely they just figured they didn't really need the character and stopped writing scenes with her in them.
