Bull (new TV show; spoilers for pilot ep)

I enjoyed the pilot ep of the new TV show "Bull", starring Michael Weatherly, but there was one thing I did NOT like about it. The show is based on the career of a TEXAS trial consultant, but it's set in New York City!!

WHY???

There are already LOTS of shows set in New York and relatively few set in Texas. (And the ones that *are* set in Texas tend to overly focus on oilmen and ranchers; both of which are important and respected professions in Texas, but hardly the only kind of jobs people do here.) We have courtrooms in Texas!!
