You could use MOVE_OBJECTS ON and delete the people, they'll arrive in good moods, and he'll leave, but he doesn't bother me at all, he gives my sims a chance to be social, and my sim-kids love him lol I have no clue why, when I have the "Free Will" option checked, they sometimes tell him jokes
