Re: Tom Parrotta Back in the MAAC -- Griff, Mon, May 18 2026, 15:54:18
You thought? I've said a million times on here that he absolutely did. I was the Cage Club President! He wanted all of "the old guys out" who just complained, were cheap, out of touch, and brought nothing to the table. He replaced it with the Coach's Circle and opportunities to get $1500 suits for $1000.

Re: Tom Parrotta Back in the MAAC -- I know the cost of those suits…, Mon, May 18 2026, 17:09:54
None of those suits cost that amount. All of them made in Thailand for only a couple of hundred bucks. Tom, for sure wanted the fresh blood but underestimated the value of the loyalty of the old timers.
So you make a big donation & you get a suit. What a concept in the world of casual work clothes.
Tom, was all about making a splash. After awhile you figured out he had his agenda & wasn’t interested in listening. Time to move on.
Go Griffs!

He definitely burned lots of relationships in WNY. He will be welcomed by only a select few followed by a shower of boos & jeers.

With all the stories about Coach Tom I never heard about his selling suits. Can someone explain what that was all about. Stay passionate!

If you donated enough to join the Coach's Circle (10k I believe), you could buy a tailored suit at a reduced rate. There was even a flyer with the details. I remember him telling me that he was bringing his guy in from NYC to do proper measurements.
