Show Me Somebody Who Makes Poor Assumptions & I'll Show You A Poor Person. S/he will be the same person.

Here's a spam message I got. In addition to showing how useless spam is, it shows what to avoid in your marketing.

I realize this is probably a bogus or scam message, but how many business owners use similar messages (even if they are distributed well)?

This person wants "to prove its effectiveness." If this product is legitimate, it would have a desired result. But what's the implied - almost subliminal- message right after that. You'd better "HURRY" because this "W0N'T LAST."

To a human subconscious mind, this a conflicting message!

If it "W0N'T LAST," how could it be effective? Yes, I realize this is SUPPOSED TO mean, this offer won't last. But it's not much of an offer. This "advertiser" takes it for granted the recipients know what "GEN.ERlC VlAG.RA" is & what its benefits are. That's a poor assumption for poor people. They'll always be poor if they don't learn how to market in the right ways.
