Most of these questions should be followed by questions like- “How I/we did correctly? Is it lack of positive results? What somebody said or did? Did I/we expect somebody say or do something specific? What’s indicated by what they didn’t say or do?”
The issues to discuss or consider individually are -
What actions should I/we do to improve/increase (what your business needs - referrals, more transactions; higher value transactions)?
Did I/we perform the tasks/methods correctly & consistently last week?
Did I/we do it better than last week?
Should I/we practice it more?
Should I/we get more input or do more research?
Have I/we done this as well as I/we should expect?
Did customers do or say anything to indicate if they’re comfortable with this?
If they didn’t like it, is it because I/we need to practice it more?
Have I/we completely integrated this now?
Will I/we naturally keep doing this (policy, plan, procedure) without more practice?
Is it time to move onto another issue?
