Nobody can say what will happen, but what I wish would happen is, that the guys will finally come to their senses and try to work things out with Steve Perry, he is the one and only VOICE of Journey.
Seems to me, they know that nobody wants to hear their new stuff with Augeri (a few might like it, but I'm certainly not one of them), or their old stuff before Perry, that's why there are no songs from before and after Perry on this Essential Journey.
I haven't been to any of their concerts with Augeri, but from what I've heard, they are playing mostly the old Perry songs, that alone tells the story.
We can only hope, that someday they will reunite. If it happens, then I feel just a little bit sorry for Augeri, none of this is his fault, he's the guy caught in the middle.
If they don't, then I hope Steve Perry will start his solo career again soon and show them how to sell records and make people happy!

Steve Perry doesn't need Journey,
but Journey needs Steve Perry!!!
