Knowing that Steve has been a vegetarian for many many years since I think 1980. In an Italian resteraunt if you go to the Olive Garden they do have a very nice salad, soups and seafood pasta. In the chinese resteraunt he could order General Tso's chicken, sweet and sour chicken, low mein. I suppose if you really try every resteraunt has something to appease the vegetarian person.
