Subject: Trying to get a refund

Satisfaction is guaranteed when you shop from the EA STORE! All products purchased through our EA STORE come with a 14-day unconditional guarantee. If you don't like it, simply return it for a prompt refund or exchange for another title - no questions asked! Refund will be by method of original payment; shipping and handling not included.

Can you not honor your satisfaction guarantee on downloads as well?
You claim that a game download is the same as a song download! This is not a 99 cent song download. This is a $40 dollar game. I bought Need For Speed Carbon Collectors Edition as a download on 12-26-06. It works fair, although it is slow, freezes regularly, and doesn't retain all memory settings. At times it will crash and go back to the desktop. I have to keep the resolution down to a minimum, keep the brightness down below 50, and keep the quality set on low. I am not satisfied with the game on my computer. I have already contacted EA Sports about this several times. So far you have not helped, only told me to contact Bid and Click about a refund. According to them, all they did was handle the transaction of funds. I would like to remove Need For Speed Carbon Collectors Edition download from my computer and get a refund. I've only had this a couple of weeks. On top of the aggravating technical issues, I just don't like the game. Your help with this matter would be appreciated, Michael Beard
