Author: Ralek
Subject: (Ya know what, I REALLY hate vacations... sorry for the wait.)

Ralek is jolted from a light slumber on the table-what a flight!- by her Queen's bugle. T'kaal wants you. There is a brown rider to see you. "All right, all right," the Weyrwoman mutters quietly as her Impressed bugles loudly, intent on awakening the girl. Smoothing her long, russet hair slightly, she moves down the hall at a fast pace, both perching firelizards flapping their gauzy wings to keep from being upset on their seats. Arriving by T'kaal, she casts a shy glance to him, though her grey eyes are friendly nonetheless. Straightening her shoulders-though she's hardly to the shoulder of even the shortest man-she looks to Luth's (I'm guessing right now, I'm in a MAJOR rush to catch up with everything) rider, scrutinizing him carefully. "What do you think, Taliath? T'kaal says it's all right..." She pauses for a moment, eyes slightly out of focus. Let him be a Wingleader. His brown is friendly, and Mnementh thinks well of him. A slight smile brushing her lips, she turns to T'zar. "Yes, you will make an acceptable Wingleader. Make sure you manage the weyrlings well; there first Fall will arrive soon." A low shudder runs through her body, though she knows she and Taliath are well prepared. Turning to T'kaal, she watches him silently, torn between speaking to him or keeping her distance. Yet, she has not answered his question-she has told Slenya, or at least, the only part she was comfortable telling-was it wise to speak to a Weyrleader of her origins? You are the Weyrwoman here, Ralek. Do not be afraid of him; Mnementh is very nice indeed. Smiling inwardly at her Queen's compliment, Ralek waits.
