She waves her hands in front of her, "Wait, let me re-frase that. So Ralek's gone, you're sure. And Ista needs a Weyrwoman. Then something's gone wrong and you should try and take the position. Having a leader is more important than saving the position for an absented Weyrwoman. Who shouldn't be absent." Ary nods, pleased with both her explanation and the fact that Shay had asked for her advice in the first place. *Now, was it good advice?*

*I think that it was,* Mirth replies, *and I also thing that Shayndel and Lyranth would make good Weyrwomen.*
