Though he extends a rather small hand, his grip is firm and reassuring. He smiles at the other rider, casting a glance over his shoulder at his weyrmate Ralek. He nods curtly to T'zar after a few moments. "Of course, Ralek is really the head around here, as I'll most likely only be leader for a while, but for what it's worth, I would be glad to have you as Wingleader." He turns to Ralek, awaiting her opinion on the matter. . .
